Jims Woodworks Item #21021250, large heavy duty Natural Elm Standard Desk Riser Style hand-crafted TV Stand, equipment stand, desktop organizer. This is a one of a kind Display Stand is made from one piece of aged Elm.

DETAILS: The original piece of Elm was a single long piece of flat sawn hardwood 1 1/2" thick I purchased seven years ago that was stored until now. The piece was then quartersawn into twelve individual pieces, about 7/8" thick, 1 1/2" wide, surfaced on all 4 sides with a combination of drum sanding and jointing, and then recombined by gluing the 12 pieces together (in one gluing operation) to recreate the long wide boards. This process is what gives the wood its beauty and uniqueness with the occasional fiddleback grain texture, and color with various shades of grays, browns, and light golden yellows.

The Elm is sealed with Natural Danish Oil, and finished two coats of protective satin water resistant finish. The legs have felt pads for protection. The table top is a 3/4 inch thick, and has a decorative slightly rounded top and bottom edges. This display stand will handle up to 150 lbs.
