The Shopping cart supports online credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and also accept payments with PayPal. All sales will be confirmed by email from one of us personally within twenty four hours, please email if you do not receive a confirmation or if you have any questions.

International Orders: There have been changes in the United Postal Service International postage rates. Orders are shipped by International Priority Mail. Shipping

Order shipped to the United States are shipped by UPS Ground or United States Postal Service Parcel Post, the shopping cart will ask you to choose one. Most items in stock will take 7 to 14 days to arrive.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight by the shopping cart using actual postage rates.

Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii please email for Priority Mail options.

We automatically insure items over $100.00 in value, that are shipped through the Postal Service.

Custom Orders for the Jim's Woodworks Items

We are adding items to the online catalog which will allow you to pre-purchase a custom built item. Most of the smaller items will be built and shipped within two to six weeks depending on order volume and the size of the item. Please email Jim or call 970-374-2848 for more information and any questions you may have. To access the online catalog, click here. Please check back often, in the near future the catalog will include other items along with the Bonsai Stands.

Satisfaction Policy

We have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping. Refund will be issued when the item has been returned. (Buyer will be responsible for any return postage and any packing charges.)

Items shipped by UPS: If any item is damaged by UPS please contact us immediately, your UPS driver must verify and inspect damages before we can issue a refund or credit.

How It is Shipped:

All Pottery is wrapped in paper, bubble-wrapped and double boxed with peanuts for safety. Whenever possible I try to recycle strong, clean boxes from local Business's. The boxes you receive may show various advertising and logo's on the exterior.

Bonsai & Collectible Stands are bubble-wrapped and have specially fabricated extensive heavy cardboard reinforcement and are carefully packaged.
