Jim's Woodworks offers for sale high quality hand-crafted wood products, TV and DVD Stands, Bonsai Stands, Collectibles and Other Display Stands, Desk Risers, and Fine Furniture. The Display Stands are made with high quality craftsmanship using strong joinery techniques with original designs that will complement any TV, collectible, artifact, Bonsai tree, and home decor. The Stands have a satin water resistant finish which enables them to be cleaned and protected from dust and water spills.

Display Stands ordered from the Catalog are items that can be custom built and shipped within 6 to 7 weeks depending on the stand size and current order volume. The estimated completion time for projects is based on the current volume of orders not how long it takes to actually build a specific project. All display stands, Bonsai Stands, and desk risers are individually custom made to the specified dimensions, and type of material requested by the customer instead of factory made items made by other businesses.

Quality is always the number one priority. I purchase the best materials available for all projects, for example:

The Mahogany I use is Sapele Mahogany, Botanical Name: Entandrophragma Cylindricum, Origin - Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Cameroon. From all of the many types of Mahogany I have used it offers the best color, grain figure, and workability.

The glue I use is Titebond II used for interior and exterior applications, the dowel pins, when used, are fluted birch hardwood dowel pins, the stains and finishes are all the Miniwax brand and Watco Danish Oil, foam brushes are "Jen" brand.
