All items can be purchased with the secure shopping cart. The cart supports secure online credit card payments through Stripe, a PC1 compliant payment processor. Paypal is also available for purchases with your Paypal account, Venmo, Paypal’s Pay In 4, or as a guest with a debit or credit card. When using Paypal by ticking the Paypal option at checkout, you will be sent to Paypal to complete the payment.
All sales will be confirmed by email within twenty-four to forty-eight hours, please email me if you do not receive a confirmation or if you have any questions.
Order shipped within the United States are shipped by UPS Ground, Fed Ex, or by the United States Postal Service. Items in stock will take approximately 5 to 10 days to arrive, excluding weather delays.
I automatically insure items over $100.00 in value, that are shipped through the Postal Service.
Shipping cost is by box size and weight. You can see the shipping cost on the cart page by entering your state and your zipcode.
Satisfaction And Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not satisfied, simply return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping. Refund will be issued when the item has been returned. All items must be unused and returned with the necessary packing materials to prevent possible breakage. (Buyer will be responsible for any return postage and any packing charges.)
Items shipped by UPS: If any item is damaged by UPS please contact me immediately, your UPS driver must verify and inspect damages before I can issue a refund or credit.
How It is Shipped
All Pottery is wrapped in paper, bubble-wrapped and double boxed with cushioning for safety.
All boxes and packing paper can be recycled. Bubblewrap is considered a soft plastic and can be recycled at any major chain grocery store that has a recycling program, or your local recycling center.
